本文在IGCC与SNG生产具有共同的制气过程基础上,提出了基于煤气化甲烷化的电-SNG联产工艺的IGCC发展模式。分析了联产系统的特性和在经济性与变负荷能力方面的优势,讨论了负荷调节策略;比较研究了联产系统中关键单元技术;借助ASPENPlus和GTPro模拟软件研究了六种电力和SNG联合生产形式的平衡关系。研究表明电-SNG联产系统,不仅具有灵活的调节能力、更好的经济效益和较高的效率,而且能够解决IGCC存在的问题和NGCC电站燃料短缺的困境。
Thls paper brings forward a new IGCC development pattern based on the gasification and methanafion's co- generation technology that has the same process of making syngas for the IGCC and SNG producing. It was analyzed that the property of eo - generation system and the advantage of economies and capability changing load.The strategy of adjusting load was discussed and the key unit technologies were studied. The mass and energy balance relationships of six kind eo - generation systems were studied with the ASPEN Plus and GT Pro simulation soft- ware. The result indicates that the eo - generation system not only has the flexible adjusting ability, better eeonomles and higher effeieney, but also can solve the problems of IGCC and the plight of lacking for NGCC fuel.
