对焦炉煤气(coke oven gas,COG)生产中产生的典型污染物进行了生命周期排放计算,其结果可以为所有焦炉煤气利用系统的环境评价提供数据基础.在此基础上,对两种有发展前景和经济优势的焦炉煤气利用系统——催化部分氧化法合成甲醇和联合循环发电的典型污染物进行生命周期排放计算,通过两种系统对环境的全球变暖、酸化和光化学烟雾影响的对比分析,找到每种系统的关键排放环节,为改进焦炉煤气利用系统的环境排放性能提供定量依据.
Firstly, the data of several representative pollutants emissions in life cycle of coke oven gas (COG) production are obtained in the thesis. The results can supply environmental assessment of the different utilization system of COG. Secondly, the data of several representative pollutants emissions in life cycle of two utilization systems of COG which have good development outlook and economic advantage in all utilization systems of COG-methanol synthesis system based on catalytic partial oxidation and gas turbine combined cycle are obtained. Finally, environmental impacts --global warming ,acidification and photochemical smog potential of two utilization systems are compared, then dominant influencing on environment factors of each system are pointed out. Therefore, the results could be used as quantitative references for emission mitigation.
