对于具有多物流输出的复杂能量系统,需要采用统一的基准来确定离开系统的各股能量流占输入能量的份额.基于系统的能量平衡,提出采用能量转换因子描述燃料化学能在输出物流及功流、热流中的分配方法.以德士古气化炉激冷流程的整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)系统为例,给出了统一基准的能流图;对IGCC各子单元的能量利用效率进行了定义,并推导出IGCC系统的发电效率.结果表明:该方法为理解多物流输出的复杂系统的能量转换和利用过程提供了新的思路.
For complex energy systems with multiple outputs, it should adopt a unified base to get the share of output energy flow in the total input energy. Based on the system energy balance, The author developed an energy analysis method which is used to derive the parameter-energy conversion factor to describe the fucks chemical energy distribution between the material flows, heat flows and power flows. It is taken that the IGCC system based on Texaco gasifier with directly quenching mode as the case study' got a new energy flow diagram based on the unified calculation bases, defined the sub-systems'energy utilization efficiency, and derived IGCC generating efficiency. The results provide a new way of understanding the energy conversion and utilization process of complex energy systems with multiple outputs.
