This paper briefly describes the reform of land market policy system in China,analyzes the obstacles to the construction of urban and rural land market,and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of urban and rural land market,including determining collective land ownership,establishing a reasonable compensation standard for land requisition,perfecting the land- market mechanism,standardizing the government behavior and training the modern consciousness of the farmers and so on.It will provide a reference for the construction of urban and rural land unified market.
