为解决下行孔积水影响瓦斯抽采难题,分析了发耳煤矿现有的下行孔瓦斯抽采技术存在的问题,研制出了一种压风排水装置。在发耳煤矿10702顶板抽放巷应用表明:试验钻孔瓦斯浓度最高可达87%,单孔抽采纯量最高可达0.63 m^3/min,单孔最高抽采纯量为普通孔的1.34倍,该装置的应用有效地解决了下行孔因积水影响瓦斯抽采效果难题。
In order to solve the problems that ponding water in the down hole affected the gas drainage,the existing issues of gas drainage in the down hole were analyzed in the Fa'er Coal Mine and the water draining equipment by compressed air was presented.The practice of water draining equipment by compressed air in the 10702 roof drainage roadway of Fa'er coal mine shows that the gas concentration of experimental hole reaches up to 87%,the gas flow of gas drainage in the single hole reaches up to 0.63m^3/min,which is 1.34 times of gas flow of ordinary hole.The application of water draining equipment effectively solved the problems that ponding water in the down hole affected the gas drainage.
