对技术创新的科学及一致性理解是深化该领域研究的前提和基础。目前学术界对技术创新构念的分歧导致了相关研究之间无法相互比较及互补共进，限制了技术创新学科研究的进一步深入。已有文献大多局限于对有限的几个传统分歧的探讨，而对新出现的问题则研究不多，因而有必要进一步探讨这一学科中的“元”问题。鉴于技术创新构念的分歧主要显现于技术创新的多个视角与层面，拟从技术创新的主体、过程、程度、结果与成功标准等维度提出新的研究框架，探讨分歧所在及其产生的内在根源，尝试对技术创新的构念在各个维度上取得一致性的理解。

英文摘要：

The scientific and common understanding of technological innovation is the prerequisite and foundation of make further research on this field. Studies may not be compared and complemented with each other owi divergences on the concept of technological innovation, which limits the accumulation of knowledge. Most of ng to the the existing literatures are limited to analyzing few traditional divergences, so it＇s necessary to make further research on the elementary problem. Because the divergences on the concept of technological innovation mainly exists in the different dimensions of technological innovation, this article will bring forward a new research framework about the subject,process,level,outcome and success criterion of technological innovation and analyze on the divergences in order to make consistency in understanding the concept of technological innovation.
