研究目的:温度荷载下梁轨耦合作用规律是桥上铺设CRTS !型板式无砟轨道的基础,本文针对简支梁 和连续梁,建立多钢轨、整桥系统的计算模型,对其梁轨耦合作用规律及其影响因素进行较为全面、细致的分 析,以期为桥上纵连板式无砟轨道无缝线路的设计、施工及后期养护维修提供参考。研究结论:( 1)纵连板的钢轨伸缩力与梁跨布置没有明显的映射关系,近似呈对称分布,这主要是由轨道 板的位移分布特点所决定的;(2)底座板是梁轨系统中的关键部件,其伸缩影响着系统其他部件的受力与变 形,端刺为底座板的锚固装置,其刚度直接决定着底座板的伸缩位移大小;(3)受梁板相对位移的影响,滑动 层、“两布”隔离层、端刺产生的纵向力均会引起底座板纵向力的变化,变化幅度近似为其摩阻力或纵向力;降温工况下,钢轨、轨道板、底座板三层纵连结构受桥梁伸缩的影响不大,但在剪力齿槽处波动较大;滑动层摩擦系数是轨道结构中极其重要而又难以监控的参数;增大CA砂浆粘结力对轨道结构受力有利, 建议严控施工质量;(6)该研究结论对纵连板式无砟轨道设计优化理论和工程实践具有一定的指导意义。

英文摘要:

Research purposes : The law of coupling interaction between bridge and track under temperature loads is the foundation to study CWR of CRTS II slab non - ballast track laid on bridge. In this paper,for the simply supported bridge and continuous bridge,the calculation model of multi - rails and integral bridges was built systematically. And rules and influencing factors of bridge - track coupling interaction were analyzed comprehensively and detailedly. Research conclusions:( 1 ) There is no obvious mapping relation between the rail expansion - contraction forces and beam layout. The rail expansion - contraction forces are symmetrical approximately,which is mainly determined by the longitudinal displacement distribution characteristics of the slabs. (2) The foundation plates are the key part of the bridge -track system. Its expansion and contraction affects the stress and deformation of the other parts in this system significantly. Terminal spines are the anchoring devices of foundation plates, and its stiffness directly decide the expansion and contraction displacements of foundation plates. ( 3 ) Affected by the relative displacement of the bridges and slabs, the longitudinal forces generated by sliding layer, 11 dual textiles" isolation layer or terminal spine would cause the change of longitudinal force of the foundation plate whose range is approximate to frictional or longitudinal force. (4) In the cooling conditions, bridge expansion - contraction has little influence on three - layer structure of rail - slab - foundation plate, but its fluctuation in joints is big. ( 5 ) The friction coefficient of sliding layer is extremely important and difficult to monitor in the track structure system,and increasing CA mortar adhesive force is good for the stress state of the track structure,so it is recommended to control the construction quality.
