Universities are the base to cultivate innovation talents,but presently undergraduates are lack of innovation qualities and abilities.The innovation education at the universities should be enhanced to improve undergraduate＇s innovative qualities,information competence,autonomic learning abilities as well as practical abilities.Thus innovation abilities and qualities of undergraduates can be improved and the university can cultivate innovation talents at universities.
