我国是水能资源最丰富的国家,梯级水库群开发是水能资源充分利用的必要形式,梯级水库的不同调度模式对梯级总效益的发挥起着重要的作用。本文以黄河上游干流梯级水库群为例,分析了梯级水库群中各水库单独调度,具调节能力的水库与其下游相邻的径流式水库联合调度和全梯级联合调度三种运行模式,建立了相应的数学模型,并对各模型进行了求解,得出了某情况下三种运行模式各水库所创造效益的情况,并探讨了联合调度所产生收益的分配系数法和Shaplev值分配方法。指出按照Shapley值方法分配合作收益对各参与水库都是公平、合理的,各水库对合作均有参与的积极性,从而促进水库群联合调度,有利于实现梯级水库群总效益最优的目标。
China is the country of richest hydropower resources in the world. For fully using the water energy, developing cascade reservoirs is one of the important patterns. When the discharge comes from upper reaches, different operational pattern will produce different benefits not only from the cascade reservoirs but also from the single reservoir of the cascade. The cascade reservoirs manager should promote the reservoirs to operate together. Taking the upper reach of Yellow River as an example, the optimized operation are developed for each pattern of cascade reservoirs, and the benefits come from the cascade and from the single reservoir for each pattern under the same situations. When the Shapley-value method as well as the principle of dispatching are used, the benefits are produced from the united optimized operation, thus every reservoir can take the suitable benefit value from cooperation, it promotes the united operation of cascade reservoirs.
