在分析组织创新的研究现状基础上,从知识资本、组织学习和组织氛围3个视角来探讨战略人力资源管理与组织创新两者之间的联系与互动机理,构建基于组织创新的战略人力资源管理实践理论模型,并提出以创新型的战略人力资源管理实践实现组织创新的途径。
Both human resource and organizational innovation have been viewed as major sources of competitive advantage.Each of them has been studied well,respectively;however,less attention has been paid to exploring the relationship between them.This paper first analyzes the present situation of the study of organizational innovation,and then discusses what role human resource management could play on organizational innovation from the perspectives of human capital,organizational learning and organizational climate.Second,it presents a theoretical model of human resource management practices facilitating organizational innovation.Finally,the managerial implications are discussed.
