With the strategic leadership and organizational learning processes theory,this paper challenges the conventional wisdom,which assumes only transformational leadership impacts organizational learning processes by highlighting the value of transactional leadership on the organizational learning processes.The paper develops propositions on how transformational leaders influence organizational learning processes positively to improve the organizational learning theory and provide some practical advices on enhancing organizational learning capability and building learning organization.
