针对扬州市第一水厂改扩建工程采用新型机械絮凝斜管沉淀工艺,研发了处理水量为2000m^3/d的中试装置,对其运行参数进行了优化研究。结果表明,适合水源水质条件的最佳运行参数如下:混凝剂聚氯化铝(PAC)的投加量为30mg/L、助凝剂阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的投加量为0.1~0.15mg/L、污泥回流比为4%;投加PAM不仅能促进絮凝,还有利于污泥浓缩;在合适的范围内增大污泥回流比可降低混凝剂投加量,节省运行费用。中试结果可为新厂的调试运行提供依据,提高运行效率和可靠性。
Aimed at adopting the new mechanical flocculation and inclined-tube settling process in reconstruction and expansion of Yangzhou First Waterworks, a pilot test system with treatment capacity of 2 000 m3/d was developed, and the operation parameters were optimized. The results indicated that the optimal operation parameters suitable for the water source quality were as follows: the dosage of PAC was 30 mg/L, the dosage of PAM was 0.1 to 0.15 mg/L, and the sludge return ratio was 4%. Adding PAM could promote floeculation and benefit the sludge thickening. Increasing the sludge return ratio within an appropriate range could reduce the dosage of coagulant and save the operation cost. The results of the pilot test could provide the basis for the commissioning and operation of a new plant, thereby improving its operation efficiency and reliability.
