以菇渣为主要原料,添加不同量的蛭石复配成育苗基质,通过温室大棚育苗试验,研究了菇渣蛭石育苗基质对番茄幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:与市售基质相比,菇渣蛭石育苗基质更有利于番茄幼苗的生长;体积比为菇渣∶蛭石=16∶1的育苗基质最有利于番茄幼苗株高、叶片叶绿素含量、根长、根表面积、根体积和根粗的增大;菇渣蛭石体积比为(4~8)∶1的育苗基质最有利于根鲜重、根干重和壮苗指数的增大。
In this study,potting media were made by mushroom residue,and vermiculite were made to potting media in order to investigate the feasibility of the mushroom residue as raw materials,and the effects of the potting media on tomato seedlings were studied in a greenhouse. The results showed that,compared with commercial media,the potting media produced by mushroom residue significantly increased the growth of tomato seedling. The indexes of tomato seedling growth in the potting media made by the mushroom residue and vermiculite in the volume ratio of 16 ∶ 1 were best for the shoot height,the leaf chlorophyll,the root length,the root surface area,the root volume and the root diameter. The tomato seedling growth indexes of the potting media made by the mushroom residue and vermiculite in the volume ratio of( 4 ~ 8) ∶ 1 were best for the root fresh weight,the root dry weight and the strong seedling index.
