Progress of peasants＇ urbanization is a complicated progress which induces transformations of living spaces, livelihoods, public services, social management, etc. In these progress transformations, identification, living space, social life, livelihood and other elements would be changed greatly by the living-space-changing. The social analytic framework of peasant＇ s urbanization elements find the transformation directions of these core elements exactly. Social policies support, abundant funding, urbanization education, management and service improvement, urbanization risks precautionary system are important methods to enhance the urbanization of peasants.
