＂一带一路＂倡议的提出和实施,为中国企业进军海外市场创造了良好的环境,在面临机遇的同时,也存在着风险。以中巴经济走廊优先实施的能源项目巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站的征地移民工作为例,分析其特点,识别出可能存在的政策风险、安全风险、社会风险、经济风险和管理风险,并提出了相应的防范措施。进而指出我国企业可从融资渠道多样化、风险管控机制构建、国际人才培养、信息化管理与企业社会责任建设五个方面着手,有效地防范与化解风险。
英文摘要：
The emergency and implementation of＂One Belt and One Road＂initiative provides positive environment for Chinese enterprises open overseas market,which indicates development opportunities,but also risks. Based on the field of visit about Karot hydropower station,the priority implementation energy project of China- Pakistan economic corridor,this paper analyses its characteristics and identifies the potential risks in terms of policy,safety,society,economy and management. In addition,this article sets forth risks prevention should concentrate on financing channel diversification,international talents cultivation,understand local legal and political contexts,information management and corporate social responsibility construction.
