采用序贯模块法开发设计了造纸过程模型参数辨识仿真器。实例表明,本仿真器能对大时延、多输入多输出耦合的复杂造纸过程进行过程模型参数辨识的仿真。为模型预测控制系统在造纸过程的应用提供了一个过程模型参数辨识的工具。
It is necessary to use the model predictive controller in multivariable paper-making process which enables the process model and its parameters to be identified in unimpaired producing process.A Process model identification simulator was developed and designed via sequential modular approach. The case test showed the simulator can be used tbr simulating and identifying the model and its parameters of complicated paper-making process with larger lag and multivariable coupling. It will be a useful tool for designing the model predictive controller used in paper-making process.
