目的为了解门诊用药情况,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全有效。方法总结该院2011年每月处方点评工作表,对上半年不合理处方进行汇总并与下半年比较。结果 2011年下半年抗菌药物平均使用率为（18.50±3.00）%,较上半年降低87.41%,注射剂平均使用率为（21.50±4.50）%,较上半年降低17.81%。点评的1 200张处方中,不合理处方共48张（4.00%）,其中不规范处方9张（18.75%）;用药不适宜处方39张（81.25%）。结论该院2011年度处方合格率较高,但仍存在问题,需进一步改善。
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate the outpatient prescriptions,and improve the quality of prescriptions in clinics and ensure a rational and safety drug use.Methods The prescription evaluation forms in 2011 were collected,and the registration forms of the irrational prescriptions of the first half of 2011 were subjected to regression analysis,then the data were compared with those of the second half of 2011.Results In the last six months of 2011,the antibiotic use rate was（18.50±3.00）% and the injection use rate was（21.50±4.50）%,decreased 87.41% and 17.81% respectively as compared with the first six months of 2011.There were 48 irrational prescriptions in all the 1 200 prescriptions.Among the irrational prescriptions,there were 9 nonstandard prescriptions and 39 inaptitude medication prescriptions,accounted for 18.75%、81.25% respectively.Conclusion The qualification rate of outpatient prescriptions in 2011 at the hospital was found to be perfectly rational,while there still exists some problems that need to be improved.
