目的：通过对宁夏十所医院2010年财政收支数据的分析，研究宁夏财政投入对公立医院的影响。方法：运用对比分析的方法比较人民医院和中医院在财政投入上的差异。结果：样本人民医院的财政投入总量要大于中医院，但考虑到医院规模经标准化后发现人民医院（135．50）相对投入明显小于中医院（273．79）。整体而言，政府对样本公立医院的财政水平不足，医院长期负债经营，经费自给率低。结论：一方面政府应优化投入结构，另一方面，医院应探讨多元化的筹资渠道。
英文摘要：
Objective To analyze the data of financial revenue and expenditure of ten hospitals in Ningxia in 2010, and study the influence of financial input on operation of the state-owned hospitals. Methods The differences of financial input between the people＇s hospital and the hospital of TCM were comparatively studied by contrastive analysis. Results The total number of financial input in the people＇s hospital was greater than that of the hospital of TCM. But by standardized processing, the relative financial input in the people＇s hospital（135.50） was significantly lower than that of the hospital of TCM（273.79）. The governmental overall financial input was insufficient,which can＇t meet the state-owned hospitals＇requirement. Conclusion The government should optimize the structure of financial input. And the state-owned hospitals should explore diversified funding resources.
