目的：寻找影响20种疾病住院医疗费用的主要支配因子，为控制住院医疗费用的不合理增长提供理论依据。方法：以2010--2011．6月某三甲医院业务量前20位病种的9737例患者为样本，采用因子分析法，对各项医疗费用进行实证分析。结果：检验药费因子、手术费和其他费用因子、中药护理费因子是支配住院医疗费用的3个关键因子。结论：控制医疗费用的过度增长，应重点控制药品费、检查费和其他费用。
英文摘要：
Objective To explore the main controlling factors of the medical expenses of 20 diseases in order to provide the theoretical basis for controlling the unusual rise of the medical expense. Methods 9 737 cases of the 20 diseases in a Three Grade A hospital from June 2010 to June 2011were selected as samples. The medical expenses of the inpa- tients were analyzed by the factor analysis method. Results Factors of examination and medicine, factors of operation and other expenses, and factors of traditional Chinese medicine and nursing were the three key factors influencing medical expenses. Conclusion Medicine expenses, treatment expenses, and others must be decreased to control the overage rise of the medical expenses.
