网络技术和知识经济的发展催生了各种专业虚拟社区的诞生。专业虚拟社区本身作为组织信息系统应用的平台,其主要特色就是为用户提供信息与知识服务。在已有相关研究的基础上,本文首先具体分析了专业虚拟社区中的知识服务的概念特征,然后对基于专业虚拟社区的知识服务实现的机制进行了研究。
英文摘要：
The development of Web technology and knowledge economy midwifes various Professional Virtual Communities（PVC）.PVC themselves are platforms for the application of the organizational information system,their main features are to provide users with information and knowledge services.Based on the related research,this paper first gives a detailed analysis of the conceptual characteristics of knowledge service in PVC,and then studies the mechanism of providing knowledge service based on PVC.
