英文摘要：
In the group decision making,decsion makers give the information of interval numbers because of the uncertainty of decision making environment.Based on the formula of possibility degree and the priority method of fuzzy complementary judgement matrix,a combined uncertain OWA operator is proposed,which generalizes the uncertain OWA operator.The combined uncertain OWA operator can be used to aggregate information of interval numbers in group decision making and its application procedures are presented in this paper.Finally,a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
