深圳外环高速公路设计方案中,长流坡隧道、红花岭隧道与临近互通立交分合流端距离较近,形成行驶风险较大的隧道立交路段。在调研珠江三角洲地区已运营高快速公路的隧道与互通立交间距的基础上,运用运行速度预测方法,对长流坡隧道、红花岭隧道与临近互通立交路段的运行车速进行预测,并进行安全性评价,以指导后续设计工作。
In design scheme of Shenzhen Outer Bypass Expressway, the distances between the merging and diverging sections of the Changliupo Tunnel and Honghualing Tunnel as well as near interchanges are quite small, and it constitutes a tunnel interchange section with high driving risk. Based on the survey to the distance between tunnel and interchange on operating expressways in Pearl River delta region, the operating speeds in tunnel-interchange sections are predicted. Safety evaluation is carried out as per the results of operating speed in order to guide the subsequent design work.
