According to driving features of small passenger car,the paper explores driver’s sighting location when the small passenger car drives on the overtaking lane within central dividing strip,studies the calculation methods of stopping sight distance and cross clearance distance,pressure-pad-force channel Shenzhen lateral connection for example,and analyzes the stopping sight distance safety of central dividing strip of the highway,so as to improve the road traffic serving quality.
