About the special value of Zeta function, Browkin guessed that there should be an equality： ｜ζ（-1）｜=R2k2/ω2. However, for a number field F having a complex place, it is checked in this remark that this equality is not true. The main ideas are based on a theorem about Bloch group and some calculation about the zeta function. Finally a contradiction by comparing Browkin~s equality with the calculation is deduced.
