Let R be a ring,MR be a quasi AP-injective module,S=End（MR）,N（S） be a set of nilpotents of S.Suppose that S satisfying the special ascending chain conditions,the strong regularity and the semisimplicity of S are investigated and the relationship between S and some special rings is obtained.
