将供、产、销多个阶段纳入同一决策体系,考虑供应链环境下企业可获资源约束,研究随机用户需求下供应链中核心企业产品优化问题,建立了随机规划数学模型,根据问题的特点设计了矩阵实数基因组编码和随机模拟约束检验的遗传求解算法,通过算例仿真验证了模型和算法的可行性和有效性。
Considering resources constraints of supply chain environment, a problem of products optimal decision under demand uncertainty was studied. Putting every part of supply chain such as suppliers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers and customers into an identical decision system, an integrated optimal chance-constraint programming model with the objective of maximum profit of kernel plant was presented According to characteristics of the problem, a real number genome matrix encoding and stochastic sampling constraints verifying based genetic algorithm was proposed A numeric example was performed and the results illustrate the feasibility and the effectiveness of proposed model and algorithm.
