China has formally established the central-branch library system as a national cultural development policy in2006.The policy has clearly put forward that county library and city library should gradually carry out the centralbranch library system.Under the support of national policy,the construction of central-branch library system has developed ten years and produced a large number of research documents.This paper analyzes the documents from2006to2015,and explores the hot issues in order to make an overview of the developments in the ten years.The paper will provide reference to the development of public library and the“13th five-year plan”cultural development strategy.
