摘要:[目的/意义]图书馆员技术压力受到多方面因素的影响,其中组织因素对图书馆员的技术压力高低有着至关重要的意义,基于组织视角的技术压力水平分析有助于获知新技术环境下馆员对新技术的态度,既而采取措施提升馆员工作满意度和服务质量。[方法/过程]通过对国内多家图书馆进行随机问卷调研,分析组织创新支持感知、技术依赖等因素对国内图书馆员面对技术快速变革时的态度和技术压力水平的影响情况。[结果/结论]技术依赖、组织创新意识和组织支持感知会增加馆员的技术压力,但技术压力不仅只有负面作用,也可转化为良性压力。
[Purpose/significance]Techno-stress has the negative effect on librarians' work influenced by many as- pects, among which organizational factor has the significant influence on its level. The analysis on techno-stress from the organizational perspective is benefit to learn librarians' attitude on the new technology in the new technology environment and improve their job satisfaction and service quality. [ Method/process] Data is collected from many libraries with the random questionnaire survey. This paper analyzes how organizational innovation and support perception, technology de- pendence affect librarians' adoption to new technology and techno-stress level. [ Result/conclusion ] Technology depend- ence, organizational innovation and support perception will increase librarians' techno-stress. But the techno-stress not only has the negative effect, but also converts into positive pressure possibly.
