Let {（Xn;n≥1}） be stationary φ-mixing sequence,there is common density f（x）.Based on X1,X2,…,Xn,the rate of pointwise consistency and strong consistency of neareast neighbor density estimator can be proved when f（x） meets the appropriate conditions and the consistency rate of Genxiang Cai is improved.
