光伏应用中功率变换器的效率尤为重要。在对比分析三种中点筘位(NPC)拓扑结构的基础上,针对T型三电平拓扑结构逆变器提出了一种新颖的基于虚拟磁链矢量的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法,旨在通过最小化开关次数来提高效率。通过适当的非零电压矢量产生拟圆周,并给出了扇区中的脉冲模式和虚拟磁链矢量计算方法。搭建了T型三电平实验样机,仿真和实验结果表明所提方法的可行性和有效性。
The efficiency is the important factor for the power converter that is used in PV application.On the basis of analysis of three kinds of neutral point clamped (NPC) topology, this paper proposes a new space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) method based on the virtual flux vector for three-level T-NPC topology to improve the efficiency by minimize the number of switching.By applying proper non-zero voltage vectors,a quasicircle will be created.Pulse mode and virtual flux vector calculation method is also given.T-NPC experimental prototype is set up, simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method provides high efficiency.
