研究了水胶比、胶凝材料组成、水泥分散增强组分以及侵蚀性离子传输抑制剂对海工大体积混凝土工作性能、力学性能、体积稳定性能、耐久性能的影响规律,探讨了水泥分散增强组分及侵蚀性离子传输抑制剂对混凝土力学性能和耐久性能提升机理,设计制备出胶凝材料用量400kg/m^3,其中水泥用量130kg/m^3,28d电通量为540C,28d碳化深度〈3.0mm,抗硫酸盐侵蚀等级〉KS150的低温升抗裂C40海工大体积混凝土,应用于虎门二桥承台施工,降低了工程造价,提高了混凝土耐久性。
The influence of water-binder ratio,cementing materials' constitution,cement dispersion strengthen components and aggressive ion transport inhibitors on workability,mechanical properties,volume stability and durability of marine mass concrete was studied;mechanism for the improvements of cement dispersing strengthening component and corrosive ion transport inhibitor on the mechanical properties and durability of concrete were discussed;low hydration temperature rising and high cracking resistance C40 marine mass concrete with 400 kg/m~3 of cementing materials,130kg/m~3 of cement,28 delectric flux of 540 C,28dcarbonation depth lower than 3.0mm,level of sulfate erosion resistance higher than KS150 was prepared and successfully applied in Humen Bridge,reducing the project cost,improving the durability of concrete.
