随着记录密度的不断提高,传统的纵向磁记录介质将会出现热稳定性问题,达到记录密度极限。文章从基本磁材料的研究出发,探讨了目前磁材料的研究情况,以期从基础磁材料的研究中找到克服热稳定性问题带来的超顺磁极限的新型磁材料及方式。
In the aspect of increasing storage densities, conventional longitudinal magnetic recording media has been affected by the thermal stability issue, and would reach the recording density limit. From the research of basic magnetic material, this article discusses the research of magnetic material at present, and looks forward to finding a new magnetic material and mode that could break through the super-paramagnetic limit which is caused by the thermal stability issue.
