采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上制备了TbFeCo/Pt非晶垂直磁化膜,研究了Pt底层对TbFeCo薄膜磁性能与磁光性能的影响。结果表明:具有微小颗粒凹凸结构的Pt底层可以显著增大TbFeCo薄膜的垂直磁各向异性场与矫顽力,改善薄膜的磁光温度特性。
TbFeCo/Pt amorphous perpendicular magnetization films were prepared onto glass substrate by RF magnetron sputtering and the effect of Pt underlayer on the magnetic and magneto-optical properties of TbFeCo films was investigated. The results indicate that Pt underlayer with the small concave and convex structure can increase the perpendicular anisotropic field and coercivity of TbFeCo films, improve the temperature dependence of magneto-optical characteristics.
