SmCo/Fe双层膜具有很好的各向并性,因此能够用于高密度垂直磁记录中。采用微磁学方法,详细讨论了SmCo/Fe双层膜系统中膜层厚度对于矫顽力和记录位间的过渡区噪声的影响。模拟结果表明,硬磁层和软磁层厚度对于矫顽力和过渡区噪声都具有一定的影响。为了获得大的系统矫顽力和小的过渡区噪声,有必要提高SmCo层和Fe层的厚度比,同时也要将系统中膜层厚度控制在较小的值。
SmCo/Fe bilayer system can be used in the perpendicular recording for its large anisotropy. In this article, the coercivities and the transition noise dependence on the thicknesses of the layers were investigated. The numerical results show that the layer thicknesses of SmCo and Fe layer both have effects on the coercivity on the transition noise of the SmCo/Fe bilayer system. In order to get a high coercivity and low transition noise, it is necessary to enlarge the thickness propotion between the SmCo layer and the Fe layer, also the thicknesses of the layers need to be reduced.
