学业羞愧情绪是很多学生在学习过程中体验到的一种“破坏性”情绪,具有学业羞愧体验的学生会在认知和行为上有一系列的表现。对学业失败的知觉、不可控的归因方式、较低的自我效能感和自我知觉都会影响学业羞愧情绪的产生。学业上的羞愧情绪虽然具有消极作用,但也可以对部分学生的学习起到促进作用,教师要充分认识到羞愧情绪的双刃剑作用,并采取具体措施,积极有效地培养学生的羞愧韧性,发挥羞愧情绪的积极作用。
Many students experience the "devastating" shame emotion during the study. The students experiencing a high shame have a series of performances in cognition and behavior. The perceived academic failure, uncontrollable attribution, low self-efficacy and self-perception are all the precursors of academic shame. However, academic shame emotion not only has negative but also positive effects on learning. Teachers should understand that the shame emotion is a double-edged sword and then take concrete measures to cultivate students' shame resilience, so that shame emotion can play a positive role in the study.
