以浓硫酸和对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,正硅酸乙酯和封端剂为原料,通过水解缩合反应制备了含甲基和乙烯基的MQ硅树脂。考察了原料配比、水解反应时间和温度、水的用量等因素对硅树脂的产率与分子量的影响。结果表明,对甲苯磺酸与浓硫酸的催化效果类似,均能得到性能较稳定的MQ硅树脂。原料的配比、水解反应时间和温度、水的用量等因素对MQ硅树脂的产率和分子量及其分布有一定的影响。通过改变封端剂的种类和含量,可得到乙烯基含量不同的MQ硅树脂。
The MQ silicone resins containing methyl and vinyl groups were synthesized by the hydrolytic condensation,based on the tetraethyl orthosilicate,hexamethyldisiloxane and divinyltetramethyldisiloxane,using sulfonic acid and toluene-p-sulfonic acid as catalysts.The effects of the feed ratios,the time and temperature of the hydrolytic reaction,as well as the water content on the yields and molecular weights of the silicone resins were investigated.It is suggested that the toluene-p-sulfonic acid exhibited the similar catalytic effect in comparison to the sulfonic acid,leading to the formation of the stable MQ resins.The feed ratios,the hydrolysis time and temperature,as well as the water content played vital role in determining the yields,the molecular weight and distribution of the MQ silicone resins.The MQ silicone resins containing different content of vinyl groups could be obtained simply by the incorporation of the different end capping reagents.
