Firstly, the authors prove that the category of Quantale modules has intersection and is balanced. Secondly, a one-to-one-correspondence between the set of all the nuclei （conuclei） on a Quantale module and the set of all the quotient objects （sub-objects） of it in the category of Quantale modules can be obtained. So, the extremal well-powered and the extremal co-well-powered facts are proved. Finally, the authors study the direct limit of the category of Quantale modules and give its concrete structure.
