基于欧拉S2流面计算程序,发展了一种Eulerian/Eulerian模型的湿蒸汽自发凝结流动数值计算方法,并将其应用于Moses-Stein喷管和某三级低压蒸汽透平性能预测。结果表明,该方法能够较准确地计算喷管中蒸汽的自发凝结现象,与实验结果吻合良好;能够合理预测低压蒸汽透平中湿蒸汽对气动参数的影响及气动参数的真实分布规律,为蒸汽透平提供了快速、准确的气动设计方法和工具。
On basis of the Euler S2 stream surface calculation code and the Eulerian/Eulerian multi-phase model,a numerical method for the wet steam flow with spontaneous condensation is developed.It is applied to predict the performance of the Moses-Stein nozzle and a three-stage low pressure steam turbine respectively.The method is able to calculate the steam spontaneous condensation in the nozzle accurately,and the results fit well with the experimental data.It can also predict the influence of the wet steam on the aerodynamic parameters distribution with reliable precision,supplying a fast and accurate method and technic to the steam turbine design.
