在质量功能展开(QFD)实施过程中,用户需求获取是整个产品生命周期的最前端过程,是市场与企业之间的桥梁。用户需求的信息量大、零散、杂乱,其模糊性是其基本特征。而模糊性的根源在于:一是度量尺度模糊性,二是认识对象群体模糊性,采用模糊理论中的模糊聚粪分析方法对用户需求进行归类,使得用户需求通过功能配置顺利转化为企业产品的开发过程,产品配置优化得以实现。以井口防喷器为例说明了整个求解过程,对其9个指标进行模糊聚类分析,为QFD的顺利实施奠定了基础。
In the process of carrying out QFD, the obtaining of customer requirements is the most leading end of the whole product life cycle, and is the bridge between market and enterprises. Since information amount of customer requirements is large, scattered, and disorderly, its fuzziness forms its basic characteristic. However, the root of fuzziness lies in the two aspects: fuzziness of measurement scale; the fuzziness of object group to be understood. By means of fuzzy clustering analysis in fuzzy theory, the customer requirements have been classified, which has made the customer requirements transformed into development process of enterprise products successfully through function collocation, and made the product collocation optimization come true. In the paper, the entire solution process is explained by the example of wellhead blowout prventer, together with the fuzzy cluster analysis of its 9 indexes, thus establishing the foundation of smoothly implementing QFD.
