针对传统质量屋存在的缺陷,在建立质量功能展开总体递阶层次结构的基础上,建立了一种新的质量功能展开递阶质量屋。以此结构为基础进行了用户需求层次的展开,运用模糊聚类动态分类方法对用户需求进行分类,并对基于群策层次分析法递阶质量屋中的参数进行确定。通过实例验证了本文提出方法的有效性、可行性和可操作性。
To overcome shortcomings of conventional House of Quality(HOQ), a whole hierarchical framework of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was constructed based on the established improved Hierarchical House of Quality (HHOQ) framework. Based on this framework, customer requirements were deployed, fuzzy clustering dynamic sort method was used to classify customer requirements and group-decision Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to determine the HHOQ parameters. Finally, the effectiveness, feasibility and applicability of above mentioned method was verified by a case study.
