The upgrade of industrial structure of the Capital Economy circle will accelerate the development of regional economy, which is great significance to create a new growth pole.Firstly, development of industrial structure of the Capital Economy Circle is analyzed.Secondly, industrial structure upgrade measure models are used to analyze the direction and speed of the industrial structure’s development.It finds that the industrial structure is adjusting to higher level, but is not quick enough.Thirdly, a panel-data model is used to study some influence factors of the industrial structure.Finally, some constructive suggestions for upgrading the industrial struc-ture were made.
