A Gomportz population dynamic model with impulsive diffusion was constructed and the con- clusion that there is periodic solution of the system was obtained by the discrete dynamical system deter- mined by the stroboscopic map. The conclusion shows that the population can survival by impulsive diffu- sion ,which provide reliable tactic basis for the practical biological resource management.
