退化喀斯特植被恢复过程中土壤微生物活性的季节动态——以贵州花江喀斯特峡谷地区为例

以贵州花江喀斯特森林土壤为研究对象,采用微生物培养法、生化活性试验法及氯仿熏蒸法分析退化喀斯特植被恢复过程中的土壤微生物数量、土壤生化作用强度、微生物生物量碳及微生物熵(qSMBC)的季节动态特征。结果表明:不同恢复阶段土壤微生物活性具有明显的季节变化。随着退化喀斯特植被的恢复,一年四季中土壤微生物数量、生化作用强度、微生物生物量碳及qSMBC明显上升,即土壤微生物活性明显增强,表现为乔木群落阶段〉灌木群落阶段〉草本群落阶段〉裸地阶段。退化喀斯特植被恢复增加了土壤微生物活性,使土壤质量得以提高;4个恢复阶段土壤微生物活性季节变化表现为夏季最强,冬季最弱,总体上表现为夏季〉秋季〉春季〉冬季的动态特点(P〈0.05),表明土壤微生物活性的季节动态不仅与温度、降雨等气候因素有关,还受到植被类型的影响。

英文摘要:

The present objective of this study was to analyze the seasonal dynamics of soil microbial activity,bio-chemical activity by use of the microbial incubation method and experimental means of bio-chemical activity,taking the soil from Huajiang of Guizhou as the study object. The results showed that soil microbial activity had obvious seasonal change in different recovery stages. Throughout the year, the amount of soil microbes,soil biochemical functions and soil microbial biomass C were ascended obviously with degraded Karst vegetation restoration. It was to say,soil microbial activity was strengthened obviously, it expressed as follows:arboreal community stage.shrubby community stage.herbaceous community stage.bare land stage . The soil microbial activity was strengthened during vegetation restoration of degraded karst , which indicated the soil quality was improved gradually during four recovery stages, the seasonal change of soil microbial activity were developed from the highest in summer to the lowest in winter, summer 〉autumn〉 spring.winter ( P 〈0. 05), suggesting that the seasonal dynamics of soil microbial activity were influenced not only by climatic factors like temperature and precipitation, but also by vegetation type.
