英文摘要：
In this paper,we investigate impulsive harvesting threshold on a single population model with birth pulse.The sufficient condition of the biological resource management is obtained by the discrete dynamical system determined by the stroboscopic map.Our results provide reliable tactic basis for the practical biological resource management,and enrich the theory of impulsive differential equation.
