The data of 446 surgeons as major surgeon, first assist and second assist were selected from the surgery information database in a third - level hospital in 2013. Based on the original 31 indicators of the operative information database, the three - dimensional framework on surgeons'clinical performance evaluation system was established through expert consulting method, and key indicators were screened by stepwise multiple regression method. The final surgeon's clinical performance evaluation system had three first -level indicators and 11 secondary indicators.
