School counseling system is the rules and regulations to carry out mental health education, which includes the school counseling fundamental system, basic system and specific system, with the functions of education, group counseling , psychological counseling, screening and referral, home-school integration, community radiation education, etc. Currently, the work of school counseling has received more and more concern in the community, and the construction of psychological counseling system has also got rapid development. However, compared with some developed countries, our counseling system is far from perfect. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the construction of school counseling system, which needs to be constructed from the school counseling room, the construction standards and specifications of counseling demonstration school and other entities of the system construction.
