通过对我国20所高校图书馆硕士研究生培养现状的调查和统计分析，从招生师资、初试科目、研究方向、专业课程设置等维度，揭示当前我国高校图书馆硕士研究生培养现状及存在的问题，并结合东南大学情报科学技术研究所10年来的办学模式和发展历程，探讨我国高校图书馆硕士研究生培养的办学模式、面临的挑战以及对策。

According to survey and statistical analysis on 20 Graduated programs of academic libraries, the paper reveals the current status and existing problems of them from aspects of teachers recruitment, re- search, professional curriculum and so on. With the 10 years＇ practices of program development in South- east University Institute of Information Science and Technology, it discusses the challenges and counter- measures of university library＇s graduate training program.
