眼柄切除因对性腺发育具有显著的促进作用普遍应用于甲壳类动物的人工养殖中.眼柄切除通过直接影响眼柄中X-器官窦腺复合体(XO-SG)的神经内分泌功能发挥作用,眼柄XO-SG复合体是甲壳动物的重要内分泌器官,是甲壳动物内分泌学的重点研究内容.简述了眼柄XO-SG复合体的生物结构及其生理功能,对眼柄内分泌的分子机制进行归纳,为进一步揭示眼柄神经内分泌系统的调控机理提供理论参考.
Eyestalk ablation operation generally uses in crustaceans farming because of its significantly role in promoting gonadal development. It performes the effect by direct impact on the neuroendocrine function of X-organ sinus gland (XO-SG) complex in eyestalk. As an important endocrine organ, studies on XO-SG complex become research priorities in crustacean endocrinology. In this review, the biological structure and physiological functions of XO-SG complex were interviewed; the molecular mechanism of eyestalk neuroendocrine was summarized, providing theoretical references for further study on regulation mechanism of eyestalk neuroendocrine system.
