简述了十足目动物中重要虾蟹类卵黄蛋白原(vitellogenin)的基因克隆及分子相关研究进展。分别从分子的合成转运、分子结构特征、分子进化、表达和激素调控、生物学功能等几个方面展开介绍,整理回顾了目前已被克隆鉴定的十足目动物Vg分子特征;指出了同源蛋白间存在的结构和功能的相似性;分析了分子间的系统进化关系;归纳了十足目Vg种间蛋白的主要特征,并且提出一些区别于其它物种的独特之处。以期为进一步深入开展卵黄蛋白分子研究积累资料,同时为虾蟹类卵巢发育机制研究提供理论依据。
The present paper summarizes the biological research progress of vitellogenin gene in decapod crustaceans,mainly including protein synthesis,molecular structure,phylogenetic evolution,hormonal regulation of gene expression and biological functions.We introduced the molecular characteristics of identified Vg proteins as well as their similarities on structure and function.Also from the evolutionary point of view,we analyzed the phylogenetic relationships and put forward some similarities and differences among the homologous proteins.We hope this paper could offer some help for the further study of Vg gene,especially on control mechanism in ovar-ian development of crustaceans.
