研究兽用缓释乳酸环丙沙星注射液的体外抑菌活性。采用常量肉汤稀释法,分别测定了缓释乳酸环丙沙星注射液和乳酸环丙沙星注射液以及恩诺沙星注射液在24h和30h对16株细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。缓释乳酸环丙沙星、乳酸环丙沙星和恩诺沙星的MIC范围在24h的MIC范围分别为0.125—0.5μg/mL、0.167~0.5μg/mL和0.25~4.0μg/mL;在30h分别为0.125—0.667μg/mL、0.25~1.0μg/mL和0.416—8.0μg/mL。缓释乳酸环丙沙星与乳酸环丙沙星和恩诺沙星相比,前者在实验室具有较好的抑菌活性和较长的维持时间。
To assess Anti -microbial activity in vitro by using the sustained -releasing veterinary ciprofloxacin lactate injection (SvCLI) comparing with ciprofloxacin lactate injection (CLI) and enrofloxacin injection (EI). The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 16 different bacterium among the SvCLI, CLI and EI were measured by the common broth dilution respectively. The values of MIC were 0. 125 -0.5 μg/mL, 0. 167 -0.5 μg/mL and 0. 25-0.4 μg/mL in 24 h among SvCLI, CLI and EI respectively, and the MIC values were 0. 125 -667 μg/mL, 0.25-1.0μg/mL and 0. 416 -8.0μg/mL in 30 h respectively. This bacterium inhibition tests were valid and suggested that SvCLI is the best anti - microbial activity among those three medicines in vitro, which was longer lasted and lower in MIC comparing with CLI and EI.
